本校創立於一九七五年，位於何文田巴富街，佔地五千平方米，學習環境寧靜。

本校學生人數約七百人，教職員約八十人。

校舍建有標準課室二十五間，及特別室十二間，供各科同學使用。

此外尚有設備完善及藏書過萬之圖書館、標準禮堂、電腦室、多媒體學習中心、創意科技學習中心等。

本校是母會主辦的第一所政府津貼中學，以「文、行、忠、信」為校訓，全力推行德、智、體、群、美五育。

除開設一般文法中學之課程外，還開設多個實用學科如設計與科技科、視覺藝術科、電腦科、企業、會計與財務管理課程等。

在德育訓練方面，本校設有訓育委員會，專責督導學生遵守紀律、尊敬師長、明辨是非。 亦設有輔導委員會，透過班主任堂、禮堂集會、個別輔導、團體輔導、學生互助大使及

家長座談會等方式，並聯同駐校社工，協助學生解決學習、情緒及行為等問題，以收「防患未然」之效。

本校已成立家長教師會，建立了一條家長與學校之間的溝通橋樑。

Our school was founded in 1975 and is located in Perth Street, Ho Man Tin. It is about 5,000 square metres. The school campus is cosy and comfortable. There are approximately 700 students and 80 staff members.

There are 25 standard classrooms and 12 special rooms such as School Hall, Computer Room, Multimedia Learning Centre and Creative Science Learning Centre. Also, our library has a wide range of reference collections and established special collections in different themes.

The school is the first government-aided secondary school sponsored by Shun Tak Fraternal Association. The school motto is “Erudition, Propriety, Commitmeesnt, and Honty”. Seaward Woo College is committed to promoting the moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic development of the students.

Besides core subjects, we also offer a wide range of electives for students such as Design and Technology, Visual Arts, Computer Studies, and Business, Accounting and Financial Studies.

For moral education, our Discipline Committee maintains discipline at the school. Disciplinary measures are exercised when necessary. The committee emphasizes the importance of respecting teachers and distinguishing right from wrong. There is close collaboration with the Guidance Committee to offer support to students who need special care. Furthermore, the Guidance Committee has created a strong network of support to foster the growth of Seaward Woo students.

Our Parent-Teacher Association has established strong working relationships with parents, teachers and the school.
