請帶備以下文件：
1.已貼相片及填妥的申請表
2.學生身份證副本
3.小四至小六之成績表副本
4.課外活動及獎狀副本

報到時間：下午2:00（有蓋操場）
筆試時間：下午2:30 - 下午4:30（禮堂）
